hm, 6pm? ive never done anything more than jumping a single wall or fence for a shortcut when its dark...im imagining parkour's pretty difficult at night time? or at least, different

Hi there,

Don't worry. It's only natural to be apprehensive, but we're actually a very friendly group of people :)

The best way to get started is simply to come along to one of the regular sessions sometime. Whichever session you come to, there'll be someone there who can show you how to get started. Come along, try some new ways of moving, and see how you go from there.

Hey guys,

I kind of liked the idea of people posting something on the forum if they couldn't make it to a session.
I mean, I'm not complaining, i still did a 40mn run to get there, good for cardio and such, but training on my own at the car park wasn't so appealing, so I can only blame my self consciousness for not staying.
Still, hope to see people around on wednesday.

In case you didn't spot it in last Wednesday's thread, I'm taking a short break from the regular sessions (for a week or so) while I heal up. I'll post when I'm out next.

Hey guys.

Am I OK to pop down and have a chat with some of you to see if anyone would be interested in being in my student documentary about Parkour? Would love to see what you guys do during practice.
Thanks

You can come along whenever you like :)

Age isn't really an issue. Small, slim people tend to find it slightly easier to get started, but really anyone can practice Parkour.

Hey, New guy here =)

Does anybody here walk from/past Devonshire Green on the way to any meetings? I live at Opal 1, I'm pretty sure I could find my way by winging it down West street but I'd rather not turn up on my own like xD

Just me being weird like but would feel better if I were walking with someone =) Like a few of us could meet at the Cavendish or something? =)

I have a few question
What shall i wear if i do come?
Can you give gps location of where you meet (easier to find)
Do you just like train on the street or do you have a place you go and everythings there?
Do you have picture/videos of what you do?
What are the yougest people you train and the oldest you train (so
I know where i am if you get me)?
