Some of us can do these things but where we train is not a safe place to learn such things. That would be a gymnastics class. There are many in/around Manchester.

I'm so sorry if I'm raising a dead thread here, but are there any girls that train?
I've never done Parkour before and I'm not exactly the fittest person, but would be happy to get involved. :)

Several girls train, although me and Gr33n would prefer to call them women.
If you want to train specifically with women we have between 2 and 4 mostly regular women on thursday night sessions.

Depends when you wanna start. If you're free during the day warm up before and have a long blast. 6-9 is pretty much standard.

There are quite often people getting there early too nowadays. I guess we're just a keen bunch.

No such thing as too early

It's more guidelines than anything else as to when you could expect more people to be out

He didn't say too early, he said, 'early too'.

No, we train tuesdays, thursday, and saturdays. Tuesdays are strength and conditioning, the normal what most people would class as parkour is saturdays and thursdays. It's all on the training information outside the nitrogen tank on Sackville STreet, about 3 mins from Picadilly station.
