The gym time has always been for parkour practitioners in Manchester to use for training. It is not a public session, and never has been. It took a lot of work by long-term dedicated practitioners in Manchester to set up in the first place, and it is currently run by Paul. Before Paul took over it was a standing rule that only people that had been training in Manchester regularly were allowed in, and even then only if they were training outside earlier on that same day. It's been down to Paul's kind nature that a whole range of other people have since been let in.
If it was still down to me the numbers would have been restricted to less than 15 a long time ago. Even with 15 in there it becomes impossible to use the gym session in the way we originally intended it.

It's Paul's gym session, and the rest of us attend because he's willing to take responsibility for us. His word is law, regarding these sessions.

This sounds like a reasonable way to work it out.

Barry... the Owner, has been very good to us allowing the use of his Gym even against the advise of his governing body.
The least we can do is respect him and his gym and I'm sure he'll allow the continued use of his facilities if these new rules are stuck to.

I hope that me n Gaz can be on the list of visiting practitioners now and again!!

Cheers

I'm curious. How have the new rules worked for you?
Have you made any changes you haven't posted here?

The rules are working OK so far, but we'll see how it goes. Overall, it's looking more productive though

Lee, you're always welcome at the gym, and the same goes for Gaz. Just let me know the next time you're in Manchester :)
