parkour to me is,

An infinate amount of challenges and all im equipped with is my body and mind.
The challenge isnt necerserly over coming the object, but learning something new.
Live in the moment, life is too short to say 'later'. Only notice or accept the consequences, just do what you feel is right.

Parkour is my "red pill" in Matrix lingo. I always thought the world could be a better place
than it is right now, and with Parkour, I now know that this can be accomplished. Parkour is
my enlightenment away from the constraints and bounds of society that had been unknowingly
put up all around us.

I believe it was in NP's documentary "Parkour Challenge" that someone says:
"The rules have been there for so long, we know they are there, we just don't know
why." Or something to that affect I don't remember the exact wording. These rules,
without being questioned for so long, have become the Matrix, and now, I have
found my freedom.

So, Parkour is my path of enlightenment, that changes and grows as I do.
To me, Parkour is freedom and strengthening of Mind/Body/Spirit.
