It is sometimes said that the mind is a muscle, and like any other muscle it needs exercising. The purpose of this section is to allow people to stretch and train their minds to improve their PK.
To me, Parkour is about seeing beyond the everyday confines of life, choosing your own path; thinking in a different way - otherwise know as lateral thinking.
So, this section will focus on the mental (yes, you do have to be mental to do PK!) side of Parkour - brining in lateral thinking puzzles; open discussions and inspirational quotes for you to either read or discuss.
