Other training

If it's not specifically parkour, it's in here.

Other training

My own thoughts etc on this subject, would like other people to contribute to this and let me know what you think.
The term "Improved physique" and others similar are opinions, as people will naturally have different ideas on a "Good" physique.
Bold points will be what I consider to be the main parts of that section

Parkour
Benefits to parkour: ALL OF THEM.
Pros outside of parkour: Stronger, faster, more capable, somewhat improved physical appearance through exercise, spatial awareness, emergency situations, free to train, train anywhere, etc
Cons: (other than improper training leading to injury etc, which could be applied to all I can't think of any, feel free to add your own thoughts and I'll edit them into this post)

Martial arts (generalisation as I don't have specific knowledge of indivudual arts)
Benefits to parkour: Flexibility, some strength crossover, body awareness can be transferred in some cases
Pros outside of parkour:Strong, Self defence and defence of others, improved physical appearance through exercise, spatial awareness
Cons: Lessons will usually cost money

Gym (casual use, weights & cardio, as public would usually use it, with some knowledge of exercise)
Benefits to parkour: some strength crossover, cardio crosses over easily between activities
Pros outside of parkour: Stronger, training specifically for improved physical appearance(usually) , convenience
Cons: Potential unbalanced strength, muscle not used to it's potential strength, isolated exercises, cost of gym

Bodybuilding
Benefits to parkour: possible strength crossover(but could be cancelled out by extra weight)
Pros outside of parkour: Huge strength gains for non-movement based situations(amusement, showing off, some emergencies), Unlikely to need self defence when MASSIVE, physical appearance
Cons: Probable muscle imbalances, huge weight, unable to fit through some gaps :( , could restrict movement, costs of gym/weights & nutrition

Sports
Benefits to parkour: possible crossover in fitness, vary between sports
Pros outside of parkour: Fun, social, fitness
Cons: Some require specific equipment- cost

Gymnastics
Benefits to parkour: Spatial awareness, strength, flexibility, gymnasts usually have good crossover with learning movements in parkour
Pros outside of parkour: Fitness, physique, showing off,
Cons: Costly, time consuming

Rock Climbing/Bouldering
Benefits to parkour: Strength and endurance in associated muscle groups (lats, biceps, forearms, fingers...), problem solving, flexibility, confidence at height
Pros outside of parkour: Higher percentage of girls in the sport, easier to do hungover...
Cons: Reliance upon equipment for route climbing, cost of equipment, indoor centre costs

Do feel free to add your own activities or add to the ones I've already listed, I'll edit them into the post if they're good, try and follow the same format to keep it tidy :)

You should probably replace 'improve physique' with 'improve physical appearance' so it's easier to understand.
