I'm still here. Havn't been training much but I'm gonna get back into a decent routine next week after my dissertations handed in.

Ali still trains alot in york. Last week was the biggest turn out i've seen in quite awhile with about 6 people out and about training parkour and abit of tricking.

I'll message you my email address if you wanna contact me about training.

Hiyaa :)
I'm 17 and have been interested in parkour for a while... I met up with Rui in London but he lives too far away (I'm from Scarborough.. ughh) so if anyone would like to kindly offer to help me then that would be good !

Hi Guys.

Me and a few friends of mine have gotten really interested in taking up parkour.

We were wondering if anyone in the York area would be able to teach us a few things or, if possible, train us...

We all live in York, (Acomb, generally) and we're 16/17 and reasonably fit.

Hi there.

There are some small groups that train in York, but they don't use these forums. Most of them are also relatively new to parkour as well, and not really in a good position to teach. I think Echo might be the only experienced practitioner who's in York on a permanent basis, and uses this forum. I know a good group that practises freerunning and tricking, and can put you in touch with them if that's more where your interests lie. If it is parkour that your specifically interested in, I will be training in York during the Christmas holidays, and your perfectly welcome to come along.

I'm still in York but just having a break from training at the moment to recover from some mountain boarding injuries. I'm just sort of sat around getting unfit but will be out and about soon. I have seen some more people training in York. I've seen afew people wearing loads of urbanfreeflow clothes.

Ali will still becaround he's the best to talk to about trainingvat the mo.

Hi trainyhull.

As far as I know there are no regular training sessions in York any more. There are groups and individuals around, but they tend to do their own thing.

I'm really busy with uni work at the moment, hence why it took me so long to reply. I'm also getting involved with some people trying to set up a Parkour society at uni, so I expect that will be busy with that as well.
