Time to get back out.

For discussing the York scene

Time to get back out.

Postby Nicolas » Mon Dec 13, 2010 6:28 pm

So, I've been taking a bit of a break from parkour cos of fudging my body up repeatedly, then snow got in the way... then family stuff this last weekend.
So, time to get out again before i go away for christmas so i dont completely lose my abilities over winter xD

Anyone up for meeting this sunday? normal time/place?

Nic, how are you these days?? I slaughtered my sternum on the pointy wall outside Bay Horse (by the river) just as I started ground-level confidence building, after fucking up both my knees with the same mistake that time...
Now, I can just about run again without pain... So am provisionally out this weekend... Not Sunday morning though!
Cya soons!

Don't tell my gf though - she was reeeally cross at injury 2.0...

I am well thank you. You certainly do enjoy doing your body harm, don't you? I have managed not to hurt myself recently... then again, i have also not been out that much xD
We shall have to see. I still have 2 more AS level exams next week, so this weekend may not be great. But i will let you know. Certainly i should be out for many weekends thereafter :)
hope to see you out soon!

changed up a gear, went in ok, ramped up power, chain came off, face-dive. didn't even touch my helmet. gr. at least a&e had me out in 3.5hrs :P
