Hey, looks like naming a place and a time that's about a week or slightly more in advance gets the best results. I'm going on my first group thing Sunday with at least itbeme and Nicolas, prob at museum gardens too (it's an open invite, dunno if you're already thinking of coming along), and I'm a total noob too lol. Maybe the York scene isn't so dead as the old crew seem to be making out??? Plus never been to the gardens b4 lookin for pk things to try - might go out tonight and check it.
Anyways, I'm James (goodhew _at* (gmail) dot&com), hope to see you around.
PS I don't like spam :P

I'd try to keep organisational messages public tho - like on this forum - cos blatantly the more ppl the more fun :D toodles :)

Right well i think the meet up point should be the main gate at the muesum gardens.
Il be there by 10am, i know that nic and xoedge can proberly make it there by that time, if anyone has problems with like getting there in time or like wherethe main gate is just ask.
Im really really noobie with parkour it takes me so long to learn things but i want to get better so hopefully more things like this will improve me. Have fun peoples =D

A good session guys :)
Started off nice and slow and doing very basic stuff, then a traceur of 5-6 years showed up and taught us some nice stuff :D
For anyone who is interested, I think we will be making this a weekly thing, every sunday. dont quote me on that, but it is quite likely :)

I'll second that! Though, my foot now hurts if I'm not sitting down, and my upper body mostly also hurts - the joys of tight schedules. I'll learn :P

@Drew - it was someone called by the name Gecko, around 5'6 I'd say, chef but qualified joiner, funky teeth and possibly a minor stutter or something of the sort, if that helps. He looked like he thought for a second before giving that name, made me wonder if he was trying to steer clear of old times or owt.

Regular, definitely. I'll be looking up exercises for those confined to a wheelchair until my foot stops telling me off though :P Still no idea what happened to it, but meh I'll live :) Next time my foot says yes, I'll be out.

Not sure. I'm desperately trying to get a job, as well as making plans for further study, and I'm also doing a bit of travelling, so I'm all literally over the place at the moment. I'm going to try and get into York at the end of the week though, before I go away. I'll try and round up some other old timers as well.

Not a clue, which is unusual. :?

He said he'd be out regularly around York, so if you're out 'n' about again you'll probably meet sometime :)
