Scarborough

Postby lancerwolf » Wed Jul 09, 2008 9:48 pm

Well im new to this site and sorta-ish kinda new to parkour, i've been aware of it for a year or 2 but never took much consideration to it and then got really into it when i left school 2/3 months ago after my exams so im like a 3month old Traceur what fun lmfao
.
Well as the title states "Scarborough" because i live in Scarborough obviously lol.
But anyway I don't even know if this is this right place to post this thread but it can be deleted and moved if not, am i correct?

Well as im sorta-ish kinda new and its hard to find people to train with or even relate to, i was wondering if anyone does a lil PK around Scarborough i'm not intrested in travelling anywhere else yet i'll save that for a few years but untill then does anyone live in scarborough or come to scarborough to do some parkour?
if so add my Msn or email on it.

tom-chambo@hotmail.co.uk

Thanks and hope to hear from anyone soon.

I very briefly lived in Scarborough. It isn't great for training, but there are a few good spots. Most of them are around/under the tall iron foot bridge near the beach.

You should set a date to train with the chaps york or somewhere like hull or newcastle. after a little experiance you'll find more opornuites when you train in Scarborough.

I was there over the winter, so they're weren't many tourists, and it was too cold for the chavs. You could always try using it at times when it will be quieter, such as early in the morning.

Well i'm sorta short of money as i lost my part time job a week ago and i'm sorta on a short leesh with my parents after they went away on holiday leaving me and my brother for a week and me getting beaten up one night by some chavs.

I really wish i could go somewhere though it would be a lot easier for a medium amateur tracuer lmao :P

Well i would either do it early early in the morning around 3AM or in the evening when i wake up from my late nights sleep lol :S

But have you ever been to graham secondary school? it's up near the hospital.
That's the school i just left and it only like a 3 min walk down my road lmao and theres various stuff for minor tricks, but they changed the good old normal benches for some new weak benches :S
