Yeah. ATM most of us are wearing joggers but its getting really frustrating because with this temperature our legs sweat really bad and so we loose a lot of energy.
So the best thing to wear if its really warm would be a t-shirt or a vest (We usually train without t-shirts on anyway), some 3/4 or joggers, or any other loose trousers... Air vents are reaaaaally helpfull
Some trainers, any will do as long as they dont have any plastic on the bottom.
Bring a bag with your stuff in it..
Depending on the weather a bag is usefull, but usually everyone carries one with their stuff like hoodies, water and food, wallets, cameras and anything else they carry, but yeah water will be really helpfull
