Training?

What are some good exercises to do to improve balance and good stretches to do? Also where are some good remote places to train in Burnley without bothering anybody?

Young Seely, David the Braybarian, has told me of your quest for knowledge.

The best advice I can offer on stretching is to WARM UP before you stretch.

But should you seek further insight into the hidden lore in the dark arts of balance and stretching, you must seek the one they call Marr, for he is most wise in these matters. You will know him when you meet, because he hate's play. Yet beware, for he has a sharp tongue and a BB gun.

Also on the distant land of Burnley, Chrish Clough, Ryan and Brandon train there, so you should get a response in the Burnely section of the forum soon. I'm pretty sure Dave Sedgley runs a parkour training session there on a friday, but that seems to be just April to July.
