Introduce yourself properly

Postby Dave » Tue Jan 11, 2005 8:08 pm

The other thread has gotten ever so slightly random, so lets make a nice template to introduce ourselves with.

How long you've been into parkour
Any other information you want to share[/b:d93f927808] :)

I have been doing parkour all my life but only had a name for it since 97, it was still spelt parcours then, and nobody outside lisse new about it, i was living in paris at the time of the yamikasi ( film by jean luc besson.)

I also speak french but don't feel the need to patronise anyone.

First became vaguely aware of Parkour thanks to the superb BBC short film Rush Hour featuring David Belle, but didn't really do anything about it til meeting the NPA lads last year.

hiya,
i'm luke - im 22, an ex-student living in sheffield and about to start doing parkour. ive loved climbing trees, running along walls and jumping gaps far past the age that everyone else i knew seemed to grow up and stop! now ive recently heard about parkour (and that so many other people are in the same boat) i dont see anything stopping me carrying this on until im old and grey!

safe -lukos :)
have you seen the keys to my beamer?
